Awful rude arrogant and ignorant member of staff that that thinks she knows everything but clearly does not so Hayley a member of staff that clearly does not know when to engage her mouth or brain gave me utter grief I hired there 18ft king Edward’s tri axle trailer and rang for it giving advanced warning when I arrived I hooked up went to plug electrics in etc and told nobby the plug was funny and seemed damaged he disappeared and disregarded what I said so I collard Christ actually Widdnice guy any he got another plug casing to which I changed so I then plugged in and half of electrics not work all front end side marker lights a shame as this is a new ish trailer I was against the wall and had to move what I arranged to move I got 3/4 to my destination to then get pulled by DVSA because of a badly damaged wheel half electrics working a damaged break away cable and insecure spare wheel so having driven to Widdrington and home and spending 5 hours in DVSA yard I got home at 3 am in the morning this Hayley then has the utter cheek because I had a job I had to do before returning trailer calls me being so mouthy rude and argumentative and saying that a PG9 is just a warning as it’s worded on the paperwork I have and as I had most functions of tail lights I was let off with a stern warning and a PG9 states PG9) is a ban on the use of a vehicle on a public road end of NOT A WARNING when it comes to trailer hire avoid at all costs as she clearly does not know what she is talking about then just because the trailer was late back she has the audacity to expect me to pay for another days hire when this was their fault in the first place I hire regularly and will not be using these clowns again an awful service and awful staff and whoever her friend is that she claims is a police officer clearly does not know his job if he is telling her a PG9 is only a warning it’s a shame as now I’m taking this further and reporting to transport inspectorate of the whole ordeal

Called in for fuel on the way back from work, the attendant was rude and arrogant...... Stopped fueling, paid what was owed and left..... I'll not stop there again!

So bad! I took my car in to have an interior mirror fitted and asked for it to be securely attached to the window using the correct glass bond but no. I had been told not to touch the mirror so it would 'set' then a few days later when I adjusted it I realised it was a stick on pad! I could have done that myself! My husband then had to superglue the mirror to the stick on pad which has now fallen off due to the window becoming hot in the sun and with condensation. I am appalled and now have to spend more money getting it properly done. Ridiculous

Lovely garage to get your diesel, priced as you would expect in a rural location but cheaper than others. Friendly service and they put the fuel in for you. Always a friendly face and my Chihuahua Alfie gets special attention when he is in the car. Would recommend highly.

18th of december i stopped here on my way to Dorchester, filled up only 10 quid worth of diesel...dont know what the *** they put in my tank because i had to change two diesel filters, had the check engine come on, etc. Ended up costing me 140 pounds, and the mechanic thinks will block the third filter, which will require to remove and clean the tank. Good, friendly service, top work at realistic prices. Hire facilities on vehicles and other small plant for doing those landscaping projects and a little local shop stocking all the essentials

After my car broke down, I was lucky enough that a kind passer by took me to the closes garage in Kings Stag. The customer service was second to none. They went out of the way to find me a loan car as I had an important meeting in the area. They assured me my car would be ready for me to travel back the 100 miles to home within a few hours. They collected my car from where I'd broken down, repaired it, lent me one of their cars so that I could still go to my appointment.
